Karen is a brilliant Yoga teacher; she delivers her mixed ability yoga classes with a great sense of humor and she always has an alternative exercise for those who for various reasons cannot do a specific move. In a class or via Zoom the Yoga sessions with Karen always leave me with a super positive feeling and a higher level of energy. I recently moved abroad, and I am grateful that Karen does the Zoom Yoga sessions as I can attend them from distance and still see Karen’s smile and benefit of all Yoga movements. Indifferent of your reasons for doing yoga I would definitely recommend you join Karen’s session; she will make working hard incredibly fun and sometimes treat everyone on a Chocolate Yoga session 😊

Been doing Karen's pregnancy yoga since I was around 14 weeks pregnant, now am 39 weeks! We were at the Woking Community Centre until the covid - 19 pandemic and Karen adapted quickly to hosting Zoom classes. I love her classes both in person and Zoom. She always takes the time to listen to us at the beginning of class and makes classes enjoyable with a good sense of humour whilst also being professional and ensuring we are doing the positions correctly for pregnancy. I will miss the pregnancy class but hopefully continue Karen's other yoga class once baby is born.

I've not met Karen in person (yet!), but I have been loving her pregnancy yoga classes (via zoom) for several weeks. I really feel like I've got to know her and the other ladies in our group, and vice versa - Karen takes the time to listen to your issues and offer solutions. It's a lovely, supportive community during what is a very strange time to be pregnant.

I have been taking Karen's mixed ability class for a few months now - I attended one in-person class before we moved to Zoom during lockdown. I can honestly say my hour a week in class has gotten me through lockdown! Karen is a very thoughtful and fun yoga teacher with options to suit individual abilities and she provides lots of variety so things are always kept interesting. I always come away from class filled with gratitude and ready to face the next challenge!

I've been going for a weekly class now for a while now and can highly recommend Karen.

I'm a middle aged overweight person who needed to get fitter, more flexible and I'd struggled doing exercise on my own. Since seeing Karen I feel I'm on the road to recovery. She takes the lesson at the perfect pace for me, I look forward to my weekly class and I'd give 6 stars if I could

I always enjoy Karen’s yoga classes, I feel much calmer and happier after them. Her teaching style is a good balance of exercise and breathing work. I’ve tried a few different classes in the past but Karen’s are by far my favourite!

For someone who says that 'yoga isn't really my thing', I have really enjoyed Karen's Yoga classes and workshops which I have attended a few of now! The format is accessible for all levels of yoga enthusiasts, including beginners (like me) and with Karen's insight into the heritage of yoga, including the chakras, the sessions have also been extremely healing and exactly what I needed at that time! Chances are you will also end up laughing and having a good time, as Karen is a very warm and humorous yoga instructor. I highly recommend that you sign up for at least one class and give it a go. You can attend either in-person or online, so what's stopping you!? Have fun! xx

I was recently advised by a consultant to try yoga for an ongoing health condition so I went to Karen knowing she was qualified in teaching yoga to help various health issues.
I started with some private sessions with her and then joined her classes.
It's been a massive success and really helped me.
Karen is friendly, patient and so great at what she does.
Her classes are relaxed as well as a lot of fun and I get so much out of them. They leave me feeling great.
I'd highly recommend Karen's classes for any ability.
