I really enjoyed my weekly yoga classes with Pat at the Yogaroot - they were inclusive, affordable and effective. Pat is mindful to let everyone move at their own pace which is fab.

I also did Pat's 6 week course on mindful meditation which was incredibly eye opening, I'd highly recommend it to anyone. I walked away with tips and practical exercises to help me be more mindful.
