I tried hot yoga and vinyasa there. Both were really good with patient teachers. Hot yoga felt a bit suffocating for me but I guess it's the point. I wished they had more classes that were harder.

Just done my second ever yoga class with Rachel tonight, and I'm hooked. Rachel makes the class. Come out and feel like I have just done the hardest exercise ever, but feel grounded and reenergised for the rest of the week. Thank you

Fabulous little studio. Rachel is a great and grounded teacher. Would definitely recommend here. Friendly and welcomes all abilities to yoga.
