Pilgrim Yoga

Fusion yoga incorporating aspects of other disciplines and movements. Great friendly atmosphere. Class held every Wednesday with another scheduled for Monday's. All equipment provided if you haven't your own. The 2 hour session is cheaper than most charge for an hour. I wish I'd have started this years ago.
