Really good quality classes for all levels, Good variety of classes. I really enjoy it and am very glad to have this wonderful studio in Pembrokeshire. Thank you Irena for all the hard work you put in.

Pembrokeshire is so lucky to have Irena and the Salt Loft Yoga studio. Irena is the most amazing teacher, so knowledgeable and passionate. All her classes are taught with the same enthusiasm and love of yoga and everytime I come away with new knowledge. Irena is a wonderful, caring teacher yet professional and passionate. She also goes to great lengths to put on workshops and guest teachers and is growing a wonderful yoga community with committed following. My weeks now involve as many yoga classes at the salt loft studio that I can get away with! Irena also offers some classes online which actually is a fantastic resource if you cannot make it to the studio. Thank you for all you do Irena.

Irena is the most talented, inspirational and knowledgeable yoga teacher I have come to know. Irena has a deep insight into many aspects of yoga and is continually updating her knowledge and skill set through undertaking workshops and courses .Irena continues to bring new ideas and knowledge into her classes ; and every class is different. I am fortunate to have experienced a range of yoga classes all of which I enjoy. All classes are taught to a high standard incorporating aspects of anatomy, meridians and breath work. Each class has a theme and an intention and therefore involves intelligent sequencing rather than random movements. We are so fortunate that Irena is an accomplished and highly qualified teacher. She is empathetic and very encouraging ensuring that her pupils work in a safe and nurturing environment.Irena teaches Ashtanga, vinyasa flow, power yoga, yin yoga, yoga trapeze and is an advanced breathing coach. I also thoroughly enjoyed the yoga retreat in Spain in September-a truly amazing experience! I am so happy that she teaches in the Shire and that she is able to help me with my journey.

The studio is a fantastic environment to practice yoga. Irena’s knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication to the practice is a real inspiration. The classes are always very fresh and I feel like I learn something new and my practice improves a little more each time I attend.

A warm and welcoming studio. Irena is a wonderful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher in all aspects of yoga from Rocket Yoga to Yin Yoga and meditation and breathing. There is something new to discover in every lesson.

I absolutely love the salt loft yoga studio. I have taken ashtanga vinyasa inspired classes with irena and she is one of the best teachers I have had the pleasure of learning from. She is a fantastic teacher, the space is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough
