Great atmosphere, cheap drinks, good music, friendly staff, you can play pool upstairs

I was in there on Saturday 13th around 4pm and while the bar and the staff are good they had a singer on with white hair and purple highlights and she was awful. I thought it was karoke she was that bad but apparently she was the proper singer. I had to leave as my ears were nearly bleeding. If they get a decent singer in or just stick to a dj the place would be a lot better.

What a venue ❤️ live music, great drinks, perfect atmosphere. I can't wait to go back.

Really lovely atmosphere bouncers are all ways on top form,Staff are all friendly definitely recommend this place good for all ages over 18, DJ S play excelent music

To be brutally and gospelly honest this establishment is pleasant. However a vile wilderbest of a man(bouncer), (who looks similiar to eddie hall and true geordie with a graciously long beard) is the scum of the earth. He's both aggressive and a tyrant who likes to insult customers. He tried to punch me although ive been training judo for 32 years so i was able to dodge and take him to the ground. He submitted after a 10 minute wrestle and began crying so i felt bad and bought him a drink, which he couldnt finish even though it was a chandy.

Waited 40 minutes for olives and paper-sachet garlic bread.

However the food afterwards didn't take too long and it was nice!

Waitress was also really friendly and worked hard. Apologised for the slow service and did her best to sort the food.

Drinks average price, place was nice. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you're only out for drinks.

Nice little spot to watch the foote, plenty of space and decent pizza and beer deal. Match time pints were a little overpriced. Maybe they had service fees that we were not told of?!

One of the places to go in Chelmsford currently in the evening. Drinks are a reasonable price (not cheap though)
