Service was a bit shocking. Lots of people making eye contact but not coming over to take our order. When asking a question to the bar staff the guy just shouted "table service!" at us which was rather rude. Lipstick marks on the glasses. Menus said dinner closed at 10 but waiter said it closed at 9. When queried they said the kitchen had closed early. Good place for 1 drink perhaps but not much more than that. Wouldnt go back again for sure.

Brilliant gin experience! I had a few to choose from in London and so glad I chose this one. The knowledge, company and the actual gin were perfect for me. Nicole was an excellent teacher and the whole gin-making experience flew by with so much fun! Thank you 😍

Took our mate here for his birthday for the whiskey experience and it was absolutely amazing: fun, informative, entertaining, and a little bit tipsy! Hosts were fantastic and well worth the money to have the expereince and bring home your own bottle of blended whiskey. Highly highly recommend!

We have had a whiskey tasting here today for my fathers birthday. I could not recommend enough. It was both fun and very informative.
The knowledge of whiskey, it’s history and processes is unmatched!
Would highly recommend!

The location was special and cosy, the staff were friendly and the dry martini was well done, mixed with their portobello Gin and white Vermouth. Prices are a bit steep.

We booked the Ginstitute experience for a birthday treat and it was worth every penny! The initial history lesson was very informative and the tasting was good fun. Major plus is being given multiple gin drinks/cocktails throughout the 3 hours. Eating beforehand is a must!!

Afterwards we had a booked a table in the restaurant for dinner. Couldn’t choose between a few dishes so we had a few small plates between us. The food was delicious.

All the staff from the experience and the restaurant were great and very helpful.

Plus went home with a couple of bottles of Gin each, Bonus!

Can’t recommend this place enough, will certainly be a birthday to remember (or not after that much Gin!!)

Contacted The Distillery by phone to enquire about their whiskey tasting experience. Having explained it was to be a gift for my parents, and asking whether it would be possible to just make one bottle of whiskey between them, instead of paying for two, I was rudely told 'the answer's no'. Instead of trying to see what other options were available, they just said 'thanks for your call' and hung up. I might've been about to spend £120 but it felt as if they don't want customers.

Awful… the food was hard to eat and flavorless (pretty sure nothing was fresh) and for some reason, the waitress was in a rush so messed up my order without apologizing or changing it. Communication was hard, prices high and, overall a pretty disappointing experience. Also, no one ever asked us how the food was or if everything was ok.. the waitresses kept staring at us and not doing much. Would not recommend at all.
