Good location and welcoming interior. Very pleasant service. The only pump real ale on tap was the generic London Pride (others offered were from dispenser). I was really looking forward to the chowder, especially at £17, but I found it was bland. Oddly, no spoon was on the table or brought with the chowder. The bread served on side seemed not to be fresh.

Accidently discovered this gem of a place on a Sunday walk at Hampton Hill. The food was exceptional, we all ordered the Sunday roast. It was the best Sunday roast I've had in a long time. As per pictures, that is one big plate of food!!!

Eaten here 4 times and every time the food has been delicious, I've had a different meal everytime.

The Sunday roasts are the best thing to get imo, the chicken roast is half a chicken which is a BIG chicken.
The beef is almost as thick as your average steak and you get 3 big slices
The lamb is definitely the best option but the most expensive out of the roasts around £22 but delicious!

The picture attached is the pork roast. Lovely jubbly!😋

The wrong side of average….

This should be THE go to place in the Teddington/Hampton area, but it just fails on so many levels.

The best part of this place is the great mix of bar and restaurant. Casual, but modern and lively. The atmosphere is great, with good music and a good decor, it’s genuinely pretty cool, but sadly that’s where it stops.

My wife had a salad, which in fairness she loved. My son though had a pizza which he hated and I had the most tasteless pasta I’ve ever had. And at £17 it was clearly a ripoff which had been given the ‘let’s use the pandemic to charge more’ treatment. Maybe not so bad possibly, but it took 15 minutes to take our drink order and 25 minutes for the desserts to come, the air conditioning made it freezing all evening, even though it was 7 degrees outside and there were at least 3 things in the menu that weren’t available.

For atmosphere it’s great, for food and service though it’s at the bottom of the ladder and also one of the most expensive in the area.

Went just after Christmas, had brunch which was great. Went the following day for lunch but had a mixed experience. Some meals were excellent, The Fish, Pizza and Burgers but the Sunday dinner and Steak not so much.

An absolutely great place with young staff and a wonderful decor. The food was amazing. Prawns with garlic to start and fish and chips. The fish was perfect. Shame I didn't takes pictures. Prices high as per mist restaurants now which isn't the fault of the restaurant. So, for locals ... lucky you. And the pizzas looked amazing from a proper wood oven. Next time ...

We had a lovely weekend brunch 😍 egg Benedict egg was fresh and tasty. Also, they available small and big. I ordered small one. But was good enough size for brunch. And we had Margherita pizza. 🍕 mozzarella cheese is amazingly good 👍 very fresh baked pizza. We will visit again. Smooth is good as well!!! Total we spent around £22 🍳

First time visiting, won’t be my last! Delicious food and very friendly towards children. The pizza fire oven entertained my 3 year old grandson whole visit!
Delicious food that caters for those with allergies.
Conveniently located for Hampton Theatre.
Merry Christmas 🎄
