Scary place ,woman merry with the Christmas spirit should stick together and not stray from the pack. As group of five or so blokes where standing upfront by DJ just leering at woman.There was no drink in there hands and they were Not dancing . Several woman were asking " what the hell were they doing and why were they allowed to just stand there making woman feel uneasy. I said something to a member of staff who was taking photo's.She said she'd had other complaints and to report it to door staff . which I did ,I spoke to a hostile lady bouncer who told me these men are from Puerto Rico ( what's that got to do with it I don't know?) However these men are obviously known,but the door staff couldn't give a monkeys. A disgusting and irresponsible reaction from this venue. So ladies please be safe.

I do love this place on a Monday night because of the music but it is a long time to get served and the staff aren't the friendliest and the bouncer are mad with power and have no people skills what so ever very rude. Will be back because do love it here but things could be improved

Unlimited pizza and prosecco. First time entering in here sober, floor was sticky, warm welcome from staff but very slow service all night, even before it got busy. Food was good when we eventually got it and everyone had a good time. We weren't provided with seating for all of us but after a few drinks it didn't matter!

Awful experience. The manager (Megan Squirell, blonde 4ft ) and bar staff (Kean Fry) were rude and disrespectful . The bouncers were bullies. The drinks tasted rancid and the place smelt of egg. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Seemed okay to begin with however staff became blunt very quickly. Offered little to no explanation when trying to remove someone on there. They have a right to remove but explanation and clear rules broken is required. Certain staff seemed incompetent in their rules and were acting in a big egod manner.
