Oxley Marine Bar

A perfectly functional club offering a small bar, beers mostly bottled, tea/coffee, pool table, bagged snacks. Well past needing a lick of paint but friendly old dear running it. Suits the needs of the passing boaters.

It is like a family bar, with friendly people, nice view ans small place to drink your beer outside. Is right along the river. If you like to see the small beautiful boats passing , take a break and visit the bar on Sunday afternoon. Yo can make a lot of friends around, or even go fishing on the river.

I was there to repair the gas oil pump but the old boys are really friendly and I'd love a night in there clubhouse....reckon it would be a right good old shin dig lol

Stopped here for fuel as we passed, we were advised that they had a bar onsite if we wished to have a drink that evening.
So we dropped in for a drink, we were made very welcome by Sue, Phil and the locals.
What a great place, good beer, good company and great chat.
Happy to recommend and will stop again next time we are passing.

Place full of characters and cold beer just want a marine boat club should be, plus friendly staff couldn't ask for more.

Genuinely brilliant people who run that place.

Finally managed to walk over to you at Oxley Marine bar whilst moored nearby and you are a legend and a star just as everyone describes you 👍🤗! Thanks for your friendly, cheerful welcome and also being old school and a "petrol head ", felt right at home at Oxley marine.
