Awful place, cocktails are vile the venue is scruffy, along with toilets with broken locks on doors and no toilet paper. This venue is very much in need of a makeover. Pink flowers in the front disguises this place ( don’t be fooled ) my night was ruined by rude staff and overall a poor experience. Stay clear, I wouldn’t recommend.

Fight broke out on the next table. I tried to usher my friend away as the it spread over our way and was assaulted in the process. Those involved in the fight weren’t removed but continued to drink on the premises. Very disappointed in what’s supposed to be a classy place to go out. Wouldn’t recommend!!!

Went there last Friday afternoon. Very friendly staff, 2 for 1 on selected cocktails until 6pm. Welcoming aesthetic. Definitely recommend.

I have intended to leave a review for this place a couple of times now but I am rarely in a state to leave one after a couple of cocktails from here 🍹

All the staff are really friendly and attentive and the drinks are great, they do Amstel and Heineken on tap but the cocktails are where it's at here 👍 they do a 2 for £8 menu and a £8 each menu, I would highly recommend a Rumbongo from the first and a Zombie (strong) or Pina Colada from the second, Food from here they is also decent, we have enjoyed pizza and dough balls a few times.

They have live music with different artists playing weekly, we have heard some really good alternative acoustic sets 🎶 being played here.

The place itself is in a lovely location just off central avenue, There is plenty of room inside and upstairs, the decor is modern moody and comfortable but imo the front garden/patio area is the place to be when the weather is nice, they have a great seating area that is enclosed with walls lined with green floral effect flowers and vines highlighted with coloured lights and kept warm with electric heaters 💚

If you haven't been yet and you are in the area I highly recommend you nip in and give them a try 👍The next time I'm here I will take some photos before ordering from the cocktail menu 😂

Found this bar by accident, but was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful and modern decor. Great service and lovely atmosphere.

Was out for a work Christmas do. Had eaten at yumacha who's service was amazing.
We decided to walk to the black pearl for some music, and walked into a empty bar. Regardless we asked for some music that wasn't from a caravan park to be told the manager wouldn't allow anything R&B.
So picked some indie song.
As the bar was so quiet a few of us heard laughing etc upstairs so went up not knowing it was a private party to be told to leave, and bared.
Think this was extreme measures.
We had brought a round of drinks costing around £70
The manger walked us of the premises despite us happily leaving

Good food, great cocktails and service was excellent :) music was good but way too loud so we had to shout to hear each other :(
