Asked Staff if the cocktails where two for one. They said yes. We ordered without looking at the menu. The ones we ordered where not on the 2 for 1. When I asked when we’re getting the 2 cocktails they then said there not on the 2 for 1 menu. Really poor customer service. My cocktail was 95% ice couldn’t taste and booze. Your staff need better training. I will not be going back.

Nice environment and a good rebrand but the service is unbelievably slow. Table service is a nice touch, but if it means service this slow then the option to go to the bar should be available. I only ordered a pint of lager and it took 25 minutes to come!

Just had an interview there and it was a fantastic experience the building is so comforting, great music and fantastic and friendly staff just makes more determind to get the job there

We had a bottomless brunch on Saturday. The first drinks did take around 25 minutes to come, but they honoured our 90 minute slot, and gave us an extra cocktail after the 90 minutes had finished because the first ones took so long. Staff were lovely, food really nice, cocktails all made fresh, really cool decor and vibe. But definitely go back. Thank you

Visited on New Yeas Eve .. Okay place that's let down by slow (or no) service, only managed to get one drink in an hour and then told at 11.30pm they had stopped taking drink orders and gave the impression that we wouldn't be able to get another one for about an hour as they were 'backed up at the bar' so might as well 'go somewhere else' if we wanted a drink! (which we did)
