Staff are all very welcoming, friendly, respectful and helpful. Very clean little hotel. Comfortable clean room with sitting area overlooking the beautiful back garden ( our room is Number 3 ). Bar, restaurant and outside sitting area all 5 stars. Plenty of parking space. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Little gem.

Only stayed one night but loved it. Love the purple theme in the room we had! Hopefully be back some point this year!

We stayed between 6/10/22 and 10/10/22 and really enjoyed our stay we had Room 4 and found the room to be very comfortable with everything we could need.
The staff were wonderful and very helpful right out the door, if we needed anything it was no trouble.
We had rain on the first day and the staff loaned us they're personal umbrellas so we could go for a walk.
We had a better few days after that the staff explained the best way to visit Barmouth by bus and even gave us a tip or two on where else we might like to visit.
We had breakfast every day and dinner the last 2 (we ate elsewhere the first 2 nighta)
Breakfast was very nice and set uss up for the day the evening meals we had were also lovely, kris said it was the best burber he'd ever had and he eats aa lot of burgers.
The Sunday roast was lovely the beef was soft and tender.
It's definitely a place we will stay at again should we visit the area again soon
(For those using trains and rail replacement the service picks up from beside thee Vic Hotel and bar you should be there early and flag the mini coaches down)

Just had meal as everywhere else shut. Looked very welcoming from out side. Very nice inside. Very busy. Good food and service.

Lovely place to vist nice friendly welcome on arrival by jean, food 5 stars home cooked fresh food and hot, lovely in the snug room, also bar area really nice aswell. Plenty of parking, owner ian was great. We both felt at home at this lovely hotel, bar. Will definitely be going back each time we are in Wales. We'll done to ian, jean and all the staff 👍*****

Excellent, staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble (I needed to shield due to no immune system because of chemo therapy treatment for terminal cancer), the room was clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable,, evening meals were very good as were the breakfasts.Thank you for a lovely stay. Neil and Mandy. Hope to return.

Fantastic service from Hafan Artro, very warm welcome and great service. Lovely staff and great rooms. Excellent location with plenty to do in the area. Breakfast was brilliant and well presented. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you
