Great micro pub. Excellent beer, excellent cider (so I've been told) and fantastic banter. Make sure you buy Phil a pint, because he's a legend. If you want a great pub near the 'diff, this is the place to be!

Cracking micropub not too far out of Cardiff centre. Well kept ales, gravity poured. Good selection in the fridge too. Friendly staff and regulars. Will return to top up the entries on my loyalty card :-)

Great little place to chill, would recommend for people that like to try different beers/ciders that didn't try before

Great locals pub with a changing range of real ales, ciders and craft canned beers.

Absolutely brilliant! A wide range of non mainstream beers fro the UK. A small beer garden out the front . Very interesting cosy modern interior. Table service was really good from the husband and wife landlord and lady. I had a great evening on Saturday 4 September '21. Ty. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place for a drink!

We had a terrible service, as we arrived the attitude from the lady who was either the owner or manager was very hostile. We asked if they had any tables and the lady was very dismissive and wanted to know why we were here. She was wearing a rather large protective face shield and I struggled to see her face and communicate. I tried to explain that pubs and hospitality weren't required to wear masks anymore. She was very unhelpful. My friend was visiting for the weekend and had a terrible impression of the place. We got the feeling it was for people who knew each other and as a very small venue a rather clique crowd. It was very unfriendly and unwelcoming for visitors and a real lack of good customer service. I love my real ales but definitely won't be going here again. There are many great real pubs a short walk away with a really friendly welcome from the bar. Such as The heath, The crwys, the woodville and the flora and the pen wig I highly recommend these and they have many good real ales. . We went on to the have nice time and a fine drink in those.

Loveliest little pub in Cardiff, always such a friendly atmosphere and somebody to chat to while you enjoy one of the huge variety of ales and ciders on offer. Even though my husband and I moved away from Cardiff we still regularly make a trip back to visit because its such a nice place. I tell everyone to go and sample the wares and they do takeaway bottles and cans too so what's not to love!
