Was looking for a Sunday lunch and what we found here was exactly what we wanted. Smoked Sunday lunch is new to us, but tasted out of this world. A brilliant range of beers. Would highly recommend

Hands down, the best restaurant in Tenby. Reasonably priced for what you get, tasty food, friendly staff. Arrived a little late, and the staff helped us out without any stress, food came out fast. If you’re looking for hearty food, a beer and a good vibe. This is your place, 5⭐️!!

We rocked up at Tap & Tan as our first venue when we arrived in Tenby. A gent on his way out of this hidden delight said “great choice” as we head into the bar. I chose the Yeah Mango IPA and my wife selected the Lime Green and Tangerine IPA. The staff offered us both tasters first which made up our minds. The IPAs were totally on point, really enjoyable and I sunk my pint with ease. The staff here are fantastic and the venue is just perfect, set back in a beautiful courtyard environment. We didn’t have food this time around, but what was coming out of the kitchen really looked yummy! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenby!

Good place, friendly staff. Now, me and my girlfriend went for the £50 platter, which says for 2 and we were drooling like Homer Simpson at all the meats and flavours, but really you're talking 3-4, unless you really wanna be bloated (they do offer doggie bags but depends on how well your leftovers 'keep'), so just be aware of that and pace yourself, chew properly etc! I think my favourite bits were the sausage and whatever godly stuff they glazed the chicken wings with. Beef a little hard-going and might have been better as pulled beef. Salady/slaw stuff fairly nice.

Good selection of drinks if you like your ales, sours etc.

Great place with great food. The service was brilliant and staff were very polite and helpful. Food was fast to come out on both occasions we have been. We had the smoked beef bun with pickled cucumber and beef fat gravy and it’s amazing. And the craft beers top it off. Well worth a visit.

Really delicious beers and awesome food.
We came for lunch one day and came back for dinner. Small menu, but that’s a good thing as what they do they do really well. All cooked on an open BBQ. We had the smoked beef bun, chicken wings and corn on the cob. Good looking veggie options too.
The beef bun was beautifully tender and had great flavours- especially the dipping gravy. Finished off with the sticky toffee pudding with rum and raisin ice cream. Wish we had one where we live!

This is a really cute dog friendly restaurant, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

We were impressed by the beer options, however the soft drinks menu is limited.

We came during the Halloween period, therefore the menu was a limited edition menu, which narrowed our choices. However the food was well seasoned and extremely flavoursome.

Although this restaurant is tucked away, it’s not one to be missed!

We had a look on Google for a bar to start the evening in this wonderful town of Tenby. There isn’t much beyond here for a drink or food and the rating is very good. We walked past it to start with as it’s set back from the road but once inside it had a really good feel about it. However, this is not a pub. It is a restaurant with craft beer bar and an expensive one at that. The beer is supplied in continental sizes too but not in centilitres as you would expect but as a third or two thirds of a pint. Having said that, it was very busy and while we enjoyed a strong continental type beer or two we noticed the wonderful meals that were emerging from the busy grill kitchen! We grabbed a menu, picked a table that had now become available and placed an order at the kitchen. It isn’t cheap but, there’s plenty of it and it’s very tasty. The accompanying salads and slaw are fresh and tasty. The sauces pull all the food together to make this a very enjoyable experience. This is a popular restaurant and is frequented by young families with loud, sugar infused children at certain times although it does lessen as the evening grows and becomes more of an adults place. Great place.
