Super craft ale and a cosy bar in the centre of town. Vast range of ales, local and world up to a 18% voltage! Very comfortable and eclectic. Delightful,engaging and enthusiastic team. Doggy friendly.

It was approaching tea time and my wife sent me out to buy some carrots from the local grocery before they closed. I had time to pop in Treebeards for a swift one before returning home. What a fantastic bar! A very warm welcome from owners Frank & Sam (and Sally) and a fabulous selection of drinks. Three cask ales and more beer in kegs, bottles and cans. There is a large selection of whisky and gins and best of all, quality wines by the glass so my wife, who doesn't like beer, can also have a drink. What a find!

Terrific pub: friendly atmosphere, helpful and knowledgeable bar staff, simply wondrous selection of first rate craft beer. As Arnold used to say "I'll be back".

A wonderful cozy LITTLE Pub, lovely lighting and decor and great beer, a credit to its owners.

Great beer and cider. Some snacks on offer too (not that we tried them). Pretty minimalist but good at what it does. Seating inside and out. Great location.
