Excellent pub to stop in for a well deserved pint on the Hadrian's Wall trek. Helen & Dave are excellent hosts, and couldn't be more helpful or informative. Absolutely perfect in every way and a real highlight!

Good stop off for people on the Hadrian's wall path. Basic menu. Lovely pub. Hosts wonderful. Very cosy. Nice drinks. Fair prices. Menu needs a bit more effort. But wish them all the best as it's great to see it open again.

What a cool pub :) stopped in with my parents after walking Hadrian's Trail. Very warm and welcoming and the staff were lovely

We stopped for lunch on the 2nd day of our Hadrians Wall walk. Simple menu, but cheesy chips and snacks for the dog was just what we needed. Really friendly place.

A really friendly pub atmosphere, fab service, delicious food and dog friendly. 100% recommend!

We had the best night ever with everyone up and dancing on Saturday 22nd October. Amazingly friendly staff and everyone else who was visiting the pub! Will definitely be back! The drinks were great too (from what I remember 😅)

Stopped here for a late lunch after visiting hadrians wall and the solway aviation museum. Food was fab, we had cheese & onion toasties with fries and our son had chicken nuggets and chips. Lovely pub, great hosts would definitely recommend
