Great place for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The English breakfast is well cooked and tasty and even the wrap is filling. You get free coffee refills although all the coffee's seem very similar no matter which button you press. Good to see families here as well and the toilets are clean. There is a lift available if you have a wheelchair. It's a converted older building so there will be some steps. The speed of service in Wetherspoons is always quick and you usually have about a 10 minute wait for your food. We been on many Saturdays and not been disappointed.

Ordered korma and chips. Found small hair in Korma before starting. Showed this to the waitress and said I wouldn't cause a fuss. Went to eat my samosa it was still frozen. in the middle. My husbands nan bread was like cardboard. We asked for a different meal. Manager happily did this and refunded us the difference. The fish and chips were really nice.

This is a good place for a reasonable breakfast. There is indoor and outdoor space but bear in mind there are steps up and down and steps to the toilets. Staff are friendly and sorted out an error quickly and the food comes quickly. Coffee machines were down to one, when I visited, which means you will queue a bit at times. I think the oil may have been due to be changed last Saturday as the Hash Browns and bacon tasted a bit burnt and oily. Otherwise I'm sure we will come for breakfast again as it's one of the best value in the high street.

Ordered the loaded fries. They were ridiculously poor. On a lighter note, I used the app and it was really good. Table service, easy ordering, no issue. Just a shame about the food

Very large seating area. Family friendly with helpful and attentive staff. Food selection is varied and the quality is very good for the price point. Superb selection of beers, spirits, and other beverages. Easily accessible and noticeable from car parks close by.

Food was really nice and turned up quickly. The staff was very busy but efficient. Would definitely return. Which we did 5 nights on the trot. Certainly tasted the range of the menu between all of us. The shift manager was especially helpful. Cheers Laura

Lovely people, food and drinks! It's our first time in Kendal and we eneded up here by mistake. Most resto and pubs are closing early which are understandable - 2 days left to a new year! We are so pleased to visit this place where they serve classic hot food. The grills are fab! The staff was very friendly and determined to speak to the kitchen staff to ensure my rare allergy wouldn't be a problem. Well deserved 5 stars service and food.
