Once again an exceptional meal and service, we were in restaurant which had quite a lot of children in and Jason moved us to different table in quieter area, very kind of him as was my husband's 70th birthday and appreciated not as much activity. Meal, steak pie was beautiful served by friendly staff, couldn't manage a dessert as stuffed. Can't recommend this pub enough

Simply stunning service and food. We can’t believe they can provide this quality and these portion sizes at these great prices! Thank you. We’re not local, but we’re already going to book for Sunday carvery. Well worth the drive!

A lively all ages community pub for sure. Great atmosphere. It was far too busy for us to get Sunday Roast as it was absolutely packed. Booking recommended on a Sunday then, but I can't comment on the food. A real proper unpretentious boozer. I wish there were more of these places left in the UK

We go every Sunday for our carvery. Every time they are accommodating as we sometimes go in as a couple or a group of 5 or a group of 13 and every time they have made it possible for us to go with our family. We love the food. The best carvery we have had and trust me I’ve had plenty 😂 recommend 10/10

Lovely local pub with lots of old style character built with a modern dining area. Delicious food served and a lovely warm atmosphere helped along by real fires for a cold winter's evening.

We came for a group Christmas dinner. The place was stunningly decorated, the meal was beautifully cooked and served piping hot. Would definitely go again.
