Brightly coloured pub by the parish church, and close to both rail and bus stations. Sells full Marston cask ale range.

This is my local though I live in coppull. Friendly staff, prices are average for a pub but they have sport on and/ or good easy to listen to music... Close to the bus station when the buses are running!!

Great great great pub, it's everything that you need and nothing that you don't. Fantastic atmosphere at night with live entertainment at weekends and the prices are the best in town!

Had a nice visit on a Saturday night. They had sports on in the afternoon - rugby, then soccer. After that, the DJ started cranking out the 80s hits, to the delight of the enthusiastic patrons. I had a great cask ale (White Witch). Special shout out to the nice people that showed me this place. Unfortunately, I'm told the night I was there was the last night of the pub in it's current form. Apparently it's being sold and / or renovated ... into a new bar, I don't know.
