Popped in for a little drink last night.
Friendly, welcoming and very popular 😁
So we took note of the menu for future visit.
Many thanks

Had a lovely Sunday afternoon here. Sat outside with the dogs and had a pint and a coffee with a lovely view of the countryside. Staff were very friendly bringing water out for the dogs. Will be calling in again!

Both meals were lovely. The pub itself is looking tired and old fashioned. But it is friendly with great service and food. We will be going back

Recently moved to Chorley and we've tried many local eateries.... The Sea View is our favourite!
Lee and his staff are pleasant, helpful and attentive. The food is always perfectly cooked and delicious. The Sunday Roast is a real delight.

I had a chicken & bacon burger meal which was lovely. Nice coffee & tea. Good service from the staff too. It is a pub so not the most luxurious surroundings, even so, we would definitely go again.

Quite honestly the best meal I have had out in a long time. I had the cheese pie. Was homemade and just perfect. Beautiful buttery pastry. Full to the brim with cheese, proper chips. I also had an apple crumble. Massive portion. Been made with love. Amazing crumble top and loads of custard. If you want good, tasty, homemade food with excellent service then you will not be disapointed. Nothing to fault.
The menu was good. It catered for all.

It may not live up to its name exactly, but the staff are great and it seems very popular. I went for a wake at which the buffet was 100% not for vegans like me. As soon as I mentioned my meat problem and asked if I could have a bag of crisps instead, they insisted on getting me the ‘vegan option’. I was full of dread it would just be lettuce and mushrooms, but I couldn’t have been more wrong or more chuffed with what I got. They had also arranged a gluten free option for someone else. Definitely a place I would return to as they really go out of the way with their customer service.

First visit.
Lovely looking cottage pub from the outside.
Called in for lunch and I had the Cumberland sausage on mash with veg.
Not the best pub food, the mash was dry and the sausage was bland of taste.
The meal was served steaming hot so I gather it had been cooked or finished off in a microwave oven.
