Nice pub. Very clean and well decorated. Easy to find and easy parking. Food is good in quality and huge portions (see toad in the hole or rotisserie chicken)! Much better standards than your average pub grub and you won't leave hungry. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Nothing not to like.
Recommended.
Ps: you have to try the buffalo chicken wings - Awesome.

Lovely place and lovely staff...like really lovely staff. I ordered the vegetable curry, some of the potato was cold and some of the potato was hot so that was fun I also really dislike packet rice If I knew it was going to be packet rice I wouldn't of ordered it. My partner however really enjoyed his meal so it must just be what I ordered. I'll definitely give this place another go as its such a lovely pub but I think I'll go for a pub classic next time.

Great service and fast delivery of order. Perfect delicious medium rare 8oz Rump nice and thick. Excellent burger finished off with Eton Mess Sundae

Have been to the Sun now on several occasions and each time Ben and the team have been great. Whether it be the Tuesday quiz, Drag Queen Bingo or just an evening meal they really deliver. The food is generously portioned and always tasty. Personal favourites are the honey & chilli chicken wings, hunter's chicken, fish and chips and any one of the sundaes hits the spot. Definitely worth a visit.

We had our Christmas meal here last night. The food was really nice. They catered really well for my gluten free doet and checked everything I had ordered was ok for me to eat. The service was really good and the prices reasonable. We had a really nice evening. My only criticism would be the band was so loud we couldn't talk, even though we sat at the opposite end of the pub. But maybe we shouldn't have booked when a band was on.

Very disappointed. Booked a table for 13...and had to pay a 10% surcharge.. Nice xmas roast but no Yorkshire pudding.. could have had a Sunday roast and afters for less money...no way to treat customers..paid over £350 PLUS DRINKS

Last minute decision to have a group lunch at the Sun. It more than hit the spot. Really lovely service, and great vibe and really tasty fresh food. I can heartily recommend the chicken and ham pie, with mash. Awesome!

Staff pleasant Sunday roast beef not nice very grissely roast potatoes cold but they did take the price off our bill as I could not eat it, then my desert was dropped and half of it whent down one of our party they did bring it back out but it had just been topped up with cream .Manager was good offered to get jumper dry cleaned .Personally I will not be going back . But I think maybe just a bad day
