Great staff, from the cleaner to the manager. All of them received is very happy with a big smile.
The place is very picturesque, clean with impressive clean toilets.
The overall experience was excellent. New garden furniture set up and ready for all.
Good luck in the future. Thank you guys!

Great little pub with loads of character. Large selection of food you can enjoy outside in the canopies garden ( ideal this hot weather) or inside the cool interior). Not hungry? Then just on the edge of the key watching the water world flow by. Just relax and enjoy

Absolutely wonderful little pub, full of character, really warm & wonderful friendly staff. This review is written after our second visit in three weeks to this pub for lunch. Mine and my family have eaten in every establishment on the island and the Royal Oak was the last place we visited and we feel that we did save the best till last!

I can say without a doubt that this will be our local from now on. Both visits the staff have been wonderful and attentive and the food has been amazing first visit I had the gammon egg, and chips and the burger on my second visit and both were (chefs kiss) mwah! The burger has such a lovely flavour and was cooked to perfection! Ashley and Harry have looked after us on our visits and they we’re both lovely all the staff are! And the prices are extremely reasonable compared to other places we have eaten without the same quality.

The only advice I would give is to pay attention to the tides, as the way we walked to the pub wasn’t the way we could walk back out, but we found it hilarious and it helped us walk off our lovely big lunch.

Spent a very enjoyable time meeting up with past work colleagues for lunch Which stretched into the afternoon. In this tradition waterside pub. The food was Tasty, well cooked and presented, with a good variety of choice for a pub. And an additional festive menu. The service was excellent being friendly and attentive without being overbearing. From my own point of view the beer was well kept. The friendly landlord and landlady told us that they’ve only had the pub since March and Are rightly proud of their endeavours. Highly recommended and we are looking forward to returning.

Visiting the area and booked Sunday lunch here on recommendation, was not disappointed the best pub Sunday lunch I've ever had. Fabulous old world pub in a beautiful location. Staff were very friendly too.

Friendly staff who were accommodating. Garden needs a tidy up really. Unfortunately the food was a bit hit and miss (burger good, chicken burger batter a bit over done, as was the steak) and took quite a while between starter to mains. Shame, as it's a lovely spot and nice looking pub.
