The Bulls Head

First time we have been in 30yrs, and wow what a change lovely place to drink spacious garden, I will be booking a table soon to try the food. Hopefully it will be lovely too.

Amazing 👏. The Sunday lunch lived up to its reviews, super tasty and all vegetables tasted fresh and al dente. Yorkshire puddings are massive and great for mopping up the lovely gravy.

All staff members are so polite and helpful and are integral to this businessses success. Well done!!!

We are a well travelled family and a good customer service is important to us. The Bulls Head team's customer service is outstanding. Genuine, lovely, caring, paying attention to every detail. Food was amazing is an understatement! We will definitely come back soon.

Our first 'Brit stop' in our little camper van. We chose the Bull's Head as we wanted to meet with a friend who lives in Belper to have a nice lunch and a few drinks without the worry of driving home. We had an amazing Sunday lunch, to die for. The staff were very warm and friendly. The pub itself is very cosy. Will definitely be going back.

The Bulls Head hosted a large group of us (including 6 babies!) for a Christmas meal. We had a really great time and nothing was too much trouble, they really looked after us well. Service and food were great and the babies all loved their Christmas dinner. Thank you Bulls Head!

Visited for my niece's birthday. Very friendly staff who looked after us and enjoyed the food.

Booked over the phone and spoke to a very friendly lady, we arrived at 7pm on 30/12/2022 to a good sized car park, entered through the side entrance and was welcomed by a very friendly member of staff who offered us a choice of a couple of tables, the range of drinks was fantastic which after we ordered from the table arrived in good time, we ordered main courses which were two Pan Fried Salmon off the specials board, Pork Loin off the Classic menu and a Mediterranean Vegetable Tart off the Classic menu, all the elements of the dishes were cooked to perfection, piping hot and tasted great, desserts were ordered which were two Christmas Messes (seasonal Eton Mess), bread and butter pudding and a sticky toffee pudding and again they were perfect and didn’t disappoint, all the staff were amazing, always friendly, always smiling and nothing was to much trouble, I would highly recommend visiting, you will be well looked after and definitely won’t be disappointed, thank you to all at The Bulls Head you definitely exceed expectations, if I could give six ⭐️‘s I would but Google won’t let me…

Call up to this pub as it’s my local, went up for New Year’s Eve, turned up at 10ish for the girl behind the bar to rudely say they were shut, we had walked up and there was still a lot of people in the pub, we checked the open times on the internet and it said 11pm. But we were still turned away. Really disappointed!
