Not the most salubrious pub. No friendly welcome from the single staff member who Fido know the pry of s pint The real ale was to cold. There wasn't any friendly conversation at all
Not for me but probably ok for the locals

Top pub north of Shap! Owners are sound as you get! Even sent me home drunk with left over Christmas dinner on Christmas night. The renovations they have been doing are making the place stand out.
