The Crab & Anchor

Food was great, be prepared to pay high prices for anything that isnt burger and chips. Good variety and nice staff. There are birthdays at the resturant too so if you don't like singing happy birthday 4 times during your meal then give this a miss!

How do i rate a place higher? From the friendly service, to the outdoor music we felt right at home here. Then the food came out and OMG it was amazing and fresh. We loved every minutes of our late lunch at Crab & Anchor. If like me you love muscles, order the Moules Mariniere, i've east muscles at a fair few places but my compliments go to the chef at Crab & Anchor! it was the best i've ever had, a health portion as well as fresh and tasty, as i write this my mouth is actually watering. Love Love Love the Crab & Anchor!

We booked to have lunch the night before. The Crab and Anchor had been highly recommended by friends. Our daughter is coeliac, therefore it was vital for her to have a safe meal. She had a children's roast chicken and loved it. She also had an Eton mess for dessert. Absolutely brilliant. There were 8 of us in our party and we all had an amazing lunch and dessert. A definite for yummy food and lovely staff.

Really nice piece for a small or large family/other groups meals. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Very generous portion sizes, I took a doggy bag, as mine was so good, but only got just over ½ way through! My mum ordered the children's Sunday lunch and it was still very large. Lovely, attentive staff, nothing was too much to ask. Very nice ambiance. World recommended 👍😁🌟.

Everything was delicious 😋 cooked to perfection I had the belly pork. And King pawns starter and the pinacalda was very good.

Just celebrated our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. The meal were lovely.
The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We celebrated our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary here too, ten years previously, the same Manager. Thank you 😊
