1st time I've visited with the new owners 30/4/22, Saturday afternoon/evening.
Staff and locals friendly and informative, nothing was a problem for them.
They've upgraded the decor very well.
Wonderful place, ale and cider 1st Class.
Highly recommended. 5 stars.

First time back to this lovely little micro since before lockdown and since it changed hands. Still the same personal service but much updated and brighter. Seating out the front plus the addition of a back room as well. Nice varied range of cask ales as ever plus an expanded range of spirits and wine. Even a proper lager is available! Nice friendly atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Whats not to like! Recommended.

This is such a nice place to go. Friendly staff. A very good range of local beers and ciders. They serve a range of spirits now as well. Cocktails galore. Well worth a visit.

This is a great little place. Fantastic real-ales on tap, good choice of cocktails and ciders, they even made us a cup of tea. Lovely relaxed vibe. Would have been 5 star but there's not much choice if you're a lager drinker.
