Food is always delicious, the staff are so friendly and make you feel genuinely relaxed. The garden is beautiful too!

Friendly, attractive village pub with a very large garden, including an area for petanque (a boules type game). Food was traditional pub classics done very nicely, although a little pricey. Ale was in good form, one of the best pints of Harvey's Best I've had. Kid friendly as well with a good kids menu. Great place to start or end a walk in the North Downs area.

Great food, great staff, on a dull autumn day the menu theme of forgotten favourites was just perfect... The gypsy tart was the best i have ever had... We will be back very soon. Thanks

Just stumbled across this pub on a walk. Excellent food and service. Gorgeous location. And big bonus was how welcome they made our dog Drinks and biscuits for the whippet!
The vegan chocolate tart was truly delicious 💕

We had Xmas dinner last night. The food was superb and the staff were brilliant. Although there were only three others in there we had a great time. Would fully recommend and will be back. Worth the journey from Surrey.

Found this place on a new walk we were doing, so stopped in for a pint and a bite, not expecting to be able to get a table, it being Sunday lunch time... So pleasantly surprised that they could fit us in, and our dog too...result.

Food was good, especially the choc tart. Staff excellent and accomodating, even providing water and treats for pup, helping her progress her pub training. Will return.

We had a large birthday family meal at The White Rock over Christmas, as always we were all fed with amazing delicious food. You will never go hungry here! The Staff are always so friendly and more than cater for everyone's dietary needs. If you want a lovely friendly, cosy village pub where you will always get a warm welcome and be served very generous plates of wonderful food then I highly recommend The White Rock
