A pub pub. Spit and sawdust (not literally). Beer kept well and tasted nice. Pleasant bar staff, terrific juke box. 2 very small complaints, the toilets need work and the telly could be bigger. Other than that, 5*
Pictures proving PJ can knock out animals.....well, insects with one punch. He only stunned him, after a quick recovery the wasp was fine.....

Last and best stop on a pub crawl with some of my boys. Great atmosphere, good value and mega company. Can't fault Ryan the bartender either, even when I was spewing everywhere outside he was still a warming and helpful host, can't thank him enough.

An absolutely vile bar woman waited outside the toilet door to sham me and verbally insult me for using the toilet. I have a medical condition after a spinal cord injury and I have never been treated so rudely in my life. What a disgusting way to interact with members of the public.

Sunday night, warm weather and a quiz night - and I loved it! It's a traditional pub, nothing false or phoney about it and that is just so nice! I'll be back!
