Really friendly pub, great Sunday carvery! Will definitely be returning again.

A small and friendly pub.
Me and my partner love this place, with its friendly staff, home cooked food and events throughout the week.
It feels like the landlords make a real effort and it shows as the pub has got busier and busier in the few years it’s been open.

Cracking pub. Friendly staff, great beer and fresh, uncomplicated food. Nice laid back vibe. The pies are the best I have tasted. Great to see an old fashioned village pub going from strength to strength.

Pie night was good Hubby chose fish n chips. Waitress was new ( thats fine) but she didnt have back up. After we had ordered nobody came back to us for desserts or extra drinks. It was a rare last minute night out for us so wanted to be waited on. We will try again

Has everything you want from a pub speciality nights pie, steak, bingo and quiz. There is a pizza oven, live entertainment and a charity coffe morning. Sunday lunches are excellent. Hosts events, child friendly with play area slushes and sweets at the bar. Great hosts and they feed you well could not ask for more.

Tonight I heard the boss upstairs absolutely tearing 3 waitresses apart, because of their customer service. The only person that looks bad in this situation is the boss. I will never return due to his behaviour, screaming at waitresses is unacceptable and completely unnecessary. You can put your point across in a much more mature manner. The pure upset on these girls faces was heartbreaking, crying walking around the pub because of the way they have been treated. Be ashamed.

Lovely food fantastic staff very welcoming with our dog , made a fuss of her with doggie treats , definitely be back, really enjoyable visit .

A brilliant New year's eve. Great band, good buffet, great company. What more can you ask for. Thanks to all the staff for their friendly efficient service
