Excellent! Good pub food and great service. Proper portions, if I'm ordering dessert, I'm not counting calories and the sticky toffee pudding didn't disappoint!

The food was very good and happy with the service. The food was tasty and hot and good range of options on the menu.

Cost of food was reasonable, but cost of coke was £3.20, which seems expensive, hence star rating of ok, otherwise would have been 4 stars.

Warm starters which were taken off the bill, staff too busy talking at the bar to offer table service drinks. Bought wrong drink and when taken back was questioned that it was not wrong, snatched off the bar and replaced begrudgingly, need a lesson in customer service will not returning. In a practically empty restaurant the food should be hot and more attention paid to clients

27 of us just enjoyed a really good Christmas lunch today 1st Dec .Food was excellent and our waitress Jo worked so hard to keep us all served .Can,t recommend more highly many thanks to all the team for giving us a great start to the festive season

Went last night and got treated like royalty by the great staff and delighted with our tasty meal .. compliments to the chef .. really enjoyable visit.

Food was delicious, service was friendliest around. Amazing value for money for the area. Definately coming back and telling all my friends to try it out.

Food speaks for itself I would recommend.

Landlord is so accommodating and friendly, this pub deserves to be your first choice for a great meal, relaxing surroundings and a great place to be
