Great pub, absolutely lovely people and an enormous Sunday Roast! Only in the area for 3 days but went twice. Highly recommend

Food is perfectly cooked. Probably one of the best pubs for food in Surrey, and i’ve tried a few of them. They do seem a little under staffed at the moment, but most pubs are.

I usually have their soup of the day which is always delicious! I don’t bother with the other starters as they are fairly small portions for the price, but still tasty.

I recently had the Harissa chicken with polenta. Chicken was nicely cooked and very juicy. The others have the chicken burger which they loved!

Will always come back here for food!

Beautiful country pub. Spacious inside with lots of outdoor seating. The food was sy tasty and all home made. Would recommend and would visit again.

Great pub up on the Surrey Hills, serving real quality food in a fantastic garden. This one is now in my top 10 pubs of all time.

Wonderful place to eat at and the staff were attentive. Food did take almost an hour to arrive but they seemed to be manning a big birthday table. The food made it worth while and I ordered steak
and a glass of Malbec - delicious!

Really lovely, generous Sunday lunch today. Highly recommend the lavender creme brule. Efficient and friendly serving team too. And nice country footpaths just opposite for a post lunch stroll

Simply amazing! The food was delicious with generous portions (as you can see from the photos). I had the Pheasant breast which was superb - the truffle sauce was divine. My wife had the lamb pie of the day which had lovely shortcrust pastry. Highly recommended!

A fantastic stop for Sunday Roast after a nice walk in the Surrey Hills. Amazing roast dinners (including the Vegetarian Wellington), good wine/beer list and a lovely atmosphere. They are also super dog friendly if you have a little four legged friend. I highly recommend this charming pub.
