The Bull has changed since the last time I went in there before the lock down. The inside has had a complete make over and a 'inside' garden area has been added out the back. The pub has maintained it good prices and it friendly atmosphere even with the social distancing measures in place. Well done to the landlord (Rob) for the work he has put in during the lockdown.

We have just moved to the village went 2day for a drink they had a meat raffle on and the local farmer brings in fresh eggs for sale. They made us very welcome. 🙂

Unplanned stop for a quick beer alone due to a train delay and the bar staff kindly allowed me to charge my worryingly low on battery phone. So worried was the bar maid that I was seemingly stood alone in the corner of a pub that she checked on my welfare as I left - a mighty fine gesture in this day and age that was appreciated, even though I was ok. Many thanks.

Great to see a village local thriving after such a tough couple of years. Good live music most weekends and Fish'n chips on a Friday are a real treat. Friendly atmosphere both sides of the bar, always interesting conversations to be had. Check opening hours and drop in for some refreshment and social

Very friendly staff & customers. Service very good and covid safety excellent. Beer fairly cheap considering this isn't a chain owned pub. Fish & Chips on a Friday are excellent value for money and massive portions of fish. Always feel welcomed and love the traditional old values of the pub😊
