Lovely pub. Service was great, even when busy. Sunday roast was amazing, and the best fish and chips we've had in a long while. Highly recommend.

The pub was quiet on a wet Monday lunchtime. Lovely fish and chips (£16.50). Well cooked fish and plenty of excellent chips (under the fish). Very well kept cask ale (Youngs - £5.10/pint) - expensive compared with my local Greene King pub (£3.20). Good service. Will certainly revisit.

Returned after a year really excited for the scotch eggs! But was slightly disappointed in the change of menu. Before they had a platter off scotch egg, sausage roll and pork pie with some lovely chutney and apple. That's gone now but you can get the scotch egg on its own which they decided to drizzle with an oily pesto... Rather weird and did not work. £7 for that. They've also added a rather horrible and dark marcquee over the whole outside seating area. All in all, not a present return. Was happy to pay the price for a meal before but the food quality has gone down hill.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch here - really good food, generously sized and very fresh. Wide range of food options on the menu, staff were helpful and accommodating, very attentive and friendly despite being a packed out Sunday. A well made Bloody Mary and a thousand adorable dogs and babies made it a really nice inclusive atmosphere. Around us were large tables of friends having a really good time, I’d confidently book a big table with friends here but equally pleasant for a couple. I’d return and definitely recommend.

We decided to cycle to this pub on a Monday afternoon. We had a nice cocktail and ordered some food (we went for two dishes; the scotch egg and the mushroom pate).

Both dishes were excellent though this was reflected in the price (£7 for the scotch egg).

Great size venue with good choice of tables inside and out. Perfect if you want to treat yourself to a comfortable day in the pub with good food.

Great Sunday lunch, great beer, great dessert. They could do with some more brandies at the bar—a good Armagnac or some delicious British apple cider brandies perhaps!—and serve the brandy in a warmed brandy glass rather than a cold whiskey glass.

The atmosphere is excellent and I love how dog friendly and baby friendly it is.

Best Sunday roast I’ve ever had. Fantastic food and friendly servers. Vegan cheese cauliflower side was a very pleasant surprise! Great atmosphere and service. Definitely one of my favorite pubs in London!

A great pub to enjoy a Sunday lunch in after a long walk along the canal. Friendly service and good food. Good range of beers on tap. Too full up to take on the desserts but they looked great!
