We got a kids breakfast, a breakfast wrap, and I tried to order something from the gluten free menu that wasn't available. It took a little while to sort, but it wasn't a "wait while we sort" wait, it was a "talk me through so I know exactly what's going on" sort. And it probably didn't take that long to sort out, it just felt like it because they were clearly understaffed despite it being quiet.

I got the "naked cheeseburger", and mentioned that I was a bit disappointed at having to order it, because it always looks a bit sad (baked potato, burger, salad bits). Rudy confirmed what I wanted and needed a few times before heading to the kitchen, and when I got my food it was beautifully presented! It might sound like a little thing, but it also confirmed the attention to detail and effort needed when dealing with allergies.

Also if you like runny yolks (we do), the fried egg on the breakfast was perfect.

Me and my 2 children had a great meal here today! Staff were so welcoming and lovely!
Such a nice lady behind the bar, having little chats with the kids, and even offered to take a family photo of us, as she saw me struggling to take one lol.
The gentleman who served us our food was great too! Encouraging my son to eat his dinner and giving high fives.
Overall such a lovely experience! Definitely family friendly. I would recommend!
Thanks so much, keep up the great work guys!

Worst hungry horse I've been too, food took 1hour 20mins and the customer next to me waited longer and found a hair in their food, the staff offered us a free desert which was nice however the sponge n custard still had the paper left on the bottom. The staff seemed friendly however they need to get a grip on managing it better.

They have a few spaces for parking and also a bay for the disabled. The restaurant/pub was quite busy but staff tried their best to attend to everyone and were polite. The food in general was wonderful but I wouldn't be having the steak again any time soon. They were cooked properly just as ordered but tasteless. The menu had a wide range of meals available to choose from and there was quite a large selection of drinks - fine wine, sparkling drinks and beverages. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and safe. Children have items to keep busy, and so do adults. There is a section where you can eat and drink outside. I'm not such about smoking as I didn't observe anybody smoking. I didn't get to use the rest rooms either. I would recommend and hope to dine again there.

Phoned to book a table for next day for a family of 8 with one wheelchair bound person. Chap I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. Went next day and table was reserved ready for us. All staff were helpful and friendly. Food arrived and we were all happy with our meals, drinks and afters. Had a lovely time and would definitely go again.

Had a great time here on Sunday, booked a table for seven.
It was really busy and poor bloke was on his own at first running around doing everything, bless him, so had a bit of a wait to order food but all staff were really friendly and made you really welcome.
Food was lovely and great value for money. Definitely will be returning again.

This family-friendly local pub is under new management and we couldn't be happier with this turn of events as we had been dissapointed and stopped going a year ago! Food and drinks were all spot on, kids got a free drawing kit to occupy themselves, service was excellent and quick and in all honesty, I haven't found such reasonably priced menu anywhere else in my 8 years in London. We'll definitely be regulars here!!

We are local and always forget about coming here but have been a few times and can't fault it. Great value and the staff are really nice! We had two big plate specials tonight £5.50 each and two drinks for £4! Can't go wrong with that and it was really hot and tasted good. The decor could do with updating though as its quite outdated and shabby. Cheap and cheerful
