Great local pub!

As well as warm friendly surroundings, they have live music on occasion.

Came here for lunch with my parents, the staff in the pub were friendly and attentive, we had sandwiches, the Chicken, Bacon & Mayo was simply beautiful! The sandwiches were full of fillings and served with a small amount of fries on the side, will absolutely be returning here for lunch again in the future!

Food was great. Prices aren't bad. Place felt very cozy. Clean and people are so friendly.

I took my children for their haircut. It was pretty easy to make the booking. A quick call and booked three slots.

John is very friendly barber and my children enjoyed having their haircut there.
Will definitely go back again.

Will never come back when thr guy known as snowy is working. He is rude ans blunt. He also charged my card £135 instead of £35 and when I confronted him at the bar he wasn't even sorry, he simply refunded my money and told me to go away, I also had to wait 7 days for my refund. This man should not be behind the bar, not only can he not see but he is the most rudest person I've ever met!!

Booked in for a haircut with Vince. Great experience all round, fantastic design work, great service, good chat - would highly recommend Vince!

Lovely unusual pub. Warm food very friendly cosy clean and has a barbers in there fantastic. dog friendly too what more could u want.. Definitely b back.

The bear is a great family pub Val and Dave are lovely staff nice and friendly spacious outside garden area. Lots of variety of drinks and the food is delicious.
