The Birkett Tap Bristol

We hosted a pub quiz here here and the staff were so lovely and accommodating, great atmosphere and would definitely come again - great spot in Bristol for a pint or cocktails right in the centre of the city!

Went for a brunch with 00s dj and was soooo good! Lots of drinks included and food was really good quality.

Especially enjoyed the service from Kevin and the waitress with people hair (didn’t get her name!) We would all definitely come back!

Slow, uninterested and uninformed service from staff. Food came out lukewarm, chips were nearly cold. Food quality terrible, sent back mostly full plates. Should have picked up on it being so empty in there. Decent beer selection.

Poor service. Poor food. Poor experience.

Waited a long time at the bar to be served despite it being quiet on a mid afternoon. Limited food options as a lot of items on the menu we were told were unavailable. Bar staff seemed inexperienced and didn’t seem to know how to use the system efficiently making being served even slower.

4 of us on a table and took 45 minutes for the food to come with each of our food coming out at different times. Ordered peri peri chicken. The chips were cold and sweetcorn was black burnt so sent the food back. Food was left on our table for over an hour once we had finished.

Great atmosphere for football and drinks! Loads of screens around the bar. Staff really friendly and Ashley in particular was super accommodating!

Drinks took quite a long time after ordering on the app. Ordered food via the app to then be told much of it wasn't available. Ordered the halloumi which was supposed to come with a pomegranate salad but ended up just being 2 pieces of halloumi on top of wet shredded iceberg lettuce. Gyoza's were undercooked and also sat on top of wet lettuce. The calamari wasn't fresh, definitely frozen. All in all, really disappointed. Service was good and team was lovely and very apologetic but still not ideal.

Good sized pub with a lot of TVs for sport. Food was terrible (burger and chips tasted like it was cooked then left out for a while and reheated in a microwave and then get out for another while before being served.). And beer is a stupid price (£6.30 for a pint)
I would only go back if I can't find a seat anywhere else to watch a match.
