Traditional Stockingford pub, drinks were priced at a reasonable amount, staff were good. A long bar on entry with seating opposite adjacent to the front window, separate rooms at the rear, one a second bar, another for pool and further room at the very end of the bar to play darts with a door to a beer garden. Seems more of a pub frequented by regulars living near by however I felt that outsiders were made welcome. Live music on a Saturday nite was a nice touch.

Very good atmosphere in the pub, very friendly staff, very clean restrooms, they welcome kids in the pub and they have a small food outlet out the back of the pub which sells very good food which is reasonably priced and is 10/10 on the food, fast service very clean in side the small food outlet , you can sit in or takeaway your food. The lamb n flag is a very welcoming pub by the regular users and the staff are very friendly, so it's a great place to unwind with your family.

Now than. The last time I was in this pub was around 30 years ago when I played darts and domino's for them. Could not believe the transformation that has happened. What a wonderful place it has turned into. There is a concert room that has a comedy club and a family room. Also there is seating area at the front and back. Good range of beers. Wont leave it another 30 years for a return visit.
