Talbot

I was trying to decide what to have for tea on Sunday and then remembered how lovely the roast dinners are from The Talbot. I called at 4:15pm and was delighted when they said they could fit me in for a delivery at 5:45pm. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they're always so cheerful when they answer the phone.
The food arrived on time and was lovely, there was plenty of lamb, boiled potatoes and roast potatoes, and the veg was absolutely delicious, carrots, green beans and broccoli. All finished off with lashings of gravy and an enormous crispy Yorkshire!!

Great food and atmosphere staff are always nice can't wait for Xmas fayre menu to come out as been a few times and has been brilliant

My friend and I popped in over a week ago for lunch . It was a wet and cold day soon as we walked in the pub lovely warm.and cosy atmosphere

I popped in for tea on Friday the 9th, the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, especially Kirsty who pointed out the best deals on drinks. The food was absolutely delicious and I cant recommend it enough!
