Popped in as it looked a nice homely pub.it was. Nice background music, great service and food was lovely. Chilled out!

Nice staff and I liked the pub but there is not a great choice on the pumps .....especially if you like cider. They have a choice of two ciders and neither are very good. I don't know about the pub but the menu looked fine

A horrible landlord. My daughter was there with her friends on Saturday night when the landlord accused her of being 17 even though she had her driving licence that proved she is 20. He was very aggressive and intimidating, my daughter is very petite and found the whole experience quite humiliating. If anyone knows if the pub is owned by a brewery I would be interested in making a formal complaint

Ploughmans for lunch the tomato wasn't fresh the bread seemed to have been warmed which made crust very hard . Pleasant back ground music untill barman decided to put news on tv very loud stopped our conversation over lunch also had to pay lunch and drinks seperatly cash only .won't go again

John McGuire was very welcoming and offered me a free drink. He is always smiling and polite and greets every customer with great enthusiasm. Lol jk!

Fun party place at the weekends chilled vibe in the week. Poker Wednesdays and Sundays

Mix of all ages. Karaoke night. Everyone having fun.

Spirits are not as strong as other bars. Really not impressed. Other than that to sober up it's good and music is a standard crown job
