Fantastic! We visited here when we stayed in the village this weekend and I’m so glad we tried here. The food was amazing, the staff were so friendly. Felt so comfortable in there, I have absolutely nothing bad to say. I just cannot wait to go back!!

After a lovely walk we had a great Christmas lunch here. Meal was excellent Christmas fayre. Service friendly and quickly served, would certainly return.

Enjoyed the Sunday roast, great to get different veg including leeks in cheese sauce! They kindly made a smaller portion for my Mum.

I stayed for 2 nights at the red lion and enjoyed my stay. Room was cosy and well equipped. Had cooked breakfast which was freshly prepared and delicious as well as dinner one night. Recommend for an escape close to Nantwich and Crewe

What a gem, we decided to visit on a whim and I'm glad we did! Food was excellent, both taste and presentation. We were helped by Helen, a real asset to the venue. She was helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. We're definitely returning for the Sunday roast!
