Dog friendly and great food. Vegan and dairy free meals, good choice. What's not to like. 🤔 Great function room looking forward to Trisha's ( medium) visit soon.

A very friendly pub with a great selection of gins. Plenty of space to sit inside or outside. Food is good with generous portions.

Visited here this week after our first choice pub in village had no chef. The barman was very nice friendly and helpful. The menu I found very uninspiring. Maybe that should have stopped me ordering food at that point. I chose Chicken Burger with Cheese and Bacon. It came with chips and onion rings. My son ordered Chicken Burger with Cheese. No cheese was added. My husband went for the Vegetarian Burger. It was supposed to come with onion rings but didn't. However we did get the extra potion we ordered. All meals came with side salad. The chips were the worst I've ever had, they were so greasy, so soggy, others not even cooked. We don't eat out very often, this meal left me very disappointed and wondering why I even bothered to go out. All this including drinks over £50. My husbands words were "a very dull Burger". I am aware times are tough for these businesses but how difficult can it be to serve up good food. I could have done a better job of the chips at home. Sadly I won't be returning. If you want a good review serve up better food.
