The Two Sawyers

The food was enormous! The Sunday roast was amazing. Great country pub, that allows your dogs to come in. Good wine, great staff. Ellie was a delight and helped me choose what Sunday roast l should go for. Good wine. Great pub! My friend had beef l had pork.

A lovely Sunday lunch and back for two great evening meals over the week we stayed nearby on holiday. The food was delicious and the staff wonderful. I can't fault it. A great place for a relaxed meal and a few drinks with the family and our two dogs. We'll definitely be back again when next in the area. Thanks for making us so welcome.

First time going to the restaurant.
Service 10/10 - staff so friendly, always smiling, polite and cheery.
Food 9.5/10 - solid, delicious, tasteful highlight was the salt and pepper squid.
Lovely little place.
Would highly recommend if your in the Hastings area.

We have been trying to find somewhere with a mixed menu that includes salad's (dietary needs). We stopped at the two Sawyer's as we used to go there years ago and it was always a good meal.
Luckily for us they had a great varied menu including some different salad's. A vegan option and 2 others. My wife had a very tasty Thai beef salad and I had a Cajun chicken salad. Both were very filling with fantastic flavours and very fresh. Highly recommend this place.

Really lovely meals here, large bear Garden. 9 of us are here and all enjoyed our meals.
Catered for gluten free which was lovely.
Small critism being that the toilets were very very small and tight, didn't appear to be a disabled toilet or a baby changing area. Car park was a little small.
But amazing food, I would visit again.
Menu also showed they cater very well for Vegan and vegetarians.

We had a lovely meal yesterday. The cheese burger and fries were the best I've eaten. Hubby had the liver and bacon which he said was delicious too. The two desserts we had were scrumptious. We will certainly go there again. The waitress was so nice and very attentive although only been working there a short while. The total bill was surprisingly reasonable considering it was all handmade.

We had a large group for a Christmas dinner and it was great. The food was terrific and service superb! We will definitely be back next year. Very good value too!

Lovely food at great prices and brilliant service. The place has a lovely atmosphere am happy to recommend.
