Excellent food at a decent price.could had done with a bit more. Having said that, I ended up eating a bit of my better half as she couldn't finish hers. Good service (with a smile). Pub was clean, tidy and well decorated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A quick delightful breakfast and a coffee to start my day before meetings. Quiet and tranquil. Friendly and professional staff. Delightful and tasty food. Will come back very soon.

We visited here for a 25th Anniversary celebration. From the start we felt comfortable and looked after. The staff did everything with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. When the food arrived it just kept coming, the nachos were to die for, delicious Chinese chicken, sandwiches full of filling and everything so fresh. Thanks once again to you all, it was fantastic.

My new local! What a warm welcoming I received from the Richard on the bar. I came to the quiz on Thursday and Grace hosting it was amazing. The food is delicious especially the roast and very reasonably priced.

Cracking pub, good atomosphere, friendly staff. Good range of food on the menu and has always been good quality when I eat here (which is quite often!). Quiz on a Thursday evening is always good fun and a good laugh.
Dog friendly too.
Staff are brilliant, always smiling and a good positive vibe.
We drove a miniature steam engine over and treated ourselves to lunch, the pub kindly gave us some water for the return journey.
Would recommend a visit or several!

We were surprised at the portion sizes. No more food needed today!! Nice friendly staff. We will certainly be returning. Only fault was the slow service but we were in no hurry anyway!

We had a really lovely time there, the female waitress with pigtails was the most friendly and very helpful, all the staff couldn't do more for us
