Me my Partner and two young girls spent May Bank Holiday at the Tree Hotel at Cadmore, its a Great Hotel, all the staff that we met there were outstanding at there job and very friendly, nothing was to much especially for Louise and Sheila great ladies who went out of there way and beyond to make us feel welcome. Compliments to the chef for the delicious food another great guy that would come out and ask if everything was satisfactory, the Hotel was spotless and very well presented. it was a spare of the moment weekend that turned out to be a wonderful weekend, we would definitely recommend this Hotel and definitely be returning :)

Lovely country pub. Food was excellent and even though the wife's meal wasn't very hot they heated up without any fuss and a lot of apologies!! Good service, friendly staff who are very helpful, in particular Marc the young barman was very nice. Thank you for a very nice, quiet Saturday night out.

The room was an acceptable size however smelled a bit musty.
The hotel looks like it would need some renewal to get a fresh look again.
The WiFi was really bad! I basically couldn’t work. The speed was 1mbit and the connection in the rooms was rather bad.
The restaurant does offer a quiet ok vegetarian meal the rest was quite standard but we didn’t eat there more than once though ...

The personal however is really friendly!

I was there for work in high Wycombe. The location is a standalone hotel in the forest. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The parking is large enough. Some of the equipment could use an update: carpets, mattresses, shower, but the food is of amazing high quality and quite affordable. This hotel is suitable for people who look for a quite place with good food outside the city.

If you are desperate stay here, not a nice experience. The rooms are dated & shabby, bathroom very grubby & shower hopeless. The public areas are poor & smell of smoke (cigarette & wood fire) The WiFi is too slow to be useful. Breakfast was poor & delivered by unfriendly staff.

Dirty smelly cold and very unwelcoming....the lady who managed it was downright rude. The bar area although nice was freezing cold! No fire on no heating on no atmosphere!! The room desperately needed updating. It stunk. The bathroom was disgusting.
The room was large. The bed was comfortable....that is the only 2 positives. I have said this when I first wrote my review but for some reason it was cut down to 1 line!! I thought reviews were about honest opinions??

once upon a time this hotel would of been a great hotel . but time has had its toll the rooms are large but the bathrooms need updating and heavy cleaning as black mold around ceiling (room 6) was a little off putting . the hotel doesn't do breakfast (lost revenue there )and there is no staff in the mornings to drop keys off with . with a little money spent and a proper hotel type management team this place could be great again .

Lovely local pub restaurant, we had a really lovely meal here on a Monday night . The homemade steak and ale pie was delicious, the ice cream wasnt quite as described on the menu honeycomb instead of chocolate . Service was very attentive and i wish the owner every sucess bringing this pub back to its former glory.
