Globe Inn

Looks like a charming country pub from the outside. Sadly the inside doesn't live up to the promise. That said the bar staff were friendly and we enjoyed a nice drink at a reasonable price.

Super local spot. One of the oldest buildings in stonehouse.
The staff was super friendly and helped us get all kinds of information. (Way more than what their job entails) :D

We are on a trip in this area tracing our ancestry and I know my great grandfather had a pint or two here as well.

Every Thursday I volunteer for disabled adults, and this is one of the very few pubs in the Stroud area that is friendly and helpful and has disabled access for one of the adults that is in a wheelchair.
We came here to play skittles last year, and they loved it so we keep coming back!
The bar man is super friendly and patient as well!

A proper pub. May seem rough when you first go in. That is until you discover the landlord Terry and his amazing team run a great pub. The locals are what I love though. They have to be the most friendly people I ever met

Don’t bother , stinks of urine and bo sadly won’t be returning due to feeling sick , no food but wouldn’t want to eat with the rats I seen in the toilet had too double take I thought it was a cat 0 stars!!

Walked in to a very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere! Nobody behind the bar, assume the men at the bar were locals and clearly did not want strangers!!

Friendly pub with a local feel. Beer was well kept and the barman friendly. Superb juke box!

Stop by for a quick drink on way back. from football nice clean and spacious pool table, darts in a separate room friendly staff.
