Friendly staff and customers. Lovely to see a friendly drinkers pub. Well done Jake. Always a friendly welcome and good beer. Been in again and it's still lovely and friendly.

Jake is an absolute legend! That's all I can say.

Went down to use the dart board and have a beer before dinner, ended up staying until close! There's nothing I can fault about the pub and the landlord! We felt welcome from the minute we walked through the doors!

Theres nothing like a proper boozer, and The Imperial definitely ticked all of the boxes!

Small pub with nice atmosphere. Not much ale choice on my visit.

Best jukebox in town and a great pint

Have to say from the outside doesn't look much but inside it's good old fashioned and fun, Atmosphere is lovely and everyone is welcoming. Is a place of fun and giggles, did enjoy the night and good jukebox of music, Louis walking around taking black and white photos of which you can have. Not a clicky pub a nice friendly pub bottom of Northgate Street in Gloucester
