Small but perfectly formed (apart from the flooring). Friendly bar staff, fantastic beers, lovely place for a pint

It's not bad! Solid beers on tap, some good ones in the too-small chiller too. Happy service and more room than you'd think.

Nice atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great beers! Very chilled out place with low key atmosphere. Perfect for relaxing pint. And the prices are no higher than surrounding pubs despite the selection of local and craft lagers and ales. Highly recommended.

Great place for a quiet drink, and always a good selection of beers. They let you eat takeaway food there and even provide plates, cutlery and condiments!

Nasty aggressive man interrupted our conversation and behaved threateningly towards women in our group, bar staff were requested to intervene and refused so we left. Unpleasant incident, shan't go there again

A great little pub, offering cask and keg beers plus craft gins. It gives CAMRA members a discount too.

Just moved to Stroud and I love my dark ales! I do believe this will be my new regular drinking hole ;) the staff know their stuff and it had a great atmosphere :)
