The Hussar

Have been here a few times now and since it has been taken over by the new landlord and land lady it has much improved, with live bands,footy and food, the place has now got a lovely atmosphere and an enclosed beer garden at the back with swing, climbing frame etc for the kids.
My family and I use the place quite regularly now unlike in the past which just goes to show how much better the place is now!!!
Given a 4 star review to be conservative as everyone has their opinion but i think its heading quickly to the 5*.
The landlady and staff are really friendly and have been amazing each time my family and I have visited.
This place is definitely becoming our family's go to for a quite drink or food to say the least.

Absolutely brilliant. Local family PUB. Lovely outdoor area. We booked for the Thai evening meal for 6 people. The lovely chef came out to meet us personally , we ordered through the menu , everything we ordered was amazing. Tasty well cooked food. Thank you " Hussar " we had a great evening.

We hired the marquee for a wedding and they didn't disappoint! Was a lovely venue with lights and nice closed off grounds within. We were well looked after with a wedding co-ordinator, Justine, and it was very well priced. Couldn't have been happier with the venue. Thank you Hussar and the whole team xx

Last minute Sunday Roast booking. The food was second to none as was the service. Food was fresh, generation portions and really tasty. Would highly recommend if you like and authentic roast dinner. Definitely will be back

We stopped in the pub for a drink before checking into their hotel.
Service was quick and staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a very warm welcome, staff were lovely, really helpful. The room was perfect, really clean, lovely linen, comfy bed. We will definitely stay here again when we’re next in Margate, Thank you x

Me and my partner stayed at an Airbnb nearby and came here for lunch. We were absolutely pleased with the customer service of the landlady and actually stayed for quite a few drinks. The food was spectacular but the service alone is enough for us to want to come back again. Highly recommend.

Had the best quality Sunday Dinner at The Hussar at an extremely reasonable price.

The quality and amount of food was outstanding. The service was excellent also
