The Red Lion

Enjoyed a really nice lunch here today with my wife. 😊👌 The food we had was super tasty & worth every penny. Our server was Daria, she provided excellent service which we were thankful for. Will definitely be returning again soon.

Amazing sunday roast. Not sure what some reviews are going on about regarding portion sizes, they were more than generous. Also easily catered for my coeliac girlfriend. Gluten free gravy and yorkshire pudding, which most places don't do. Highly recommended.

Perfect venue for a family reunion. Lovely to sit outside but under cover. Food matched the menu description and was very tasty. Staff friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely time. Top Pub.

We were.out for a drive along the A25 and stopped for lunch at the Red Lion, purely on the spur of the moment - and we were glad we did so!

Not only was the food of good quality, plentiful and served quickly, but the staff were really friendly and helpful.

In addition the pub interior was uniquely decorated with loads of horse-racing prints, paintings and other memorabilia, plus a huge collection of novelty teapots!

So all-in-all, very pleasant surroundings in which to enjoy a leisurely lunch.

We hope to revisit the Red Lion again soon.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly service and tasty food. In the summer months there is a beer garden with a gorgeous outlook (for drinks only). Highly recommended

amazing food, the roast pork is absolutely delicious, massive portions. Good selection of beers delivered by lovely friendly staff.

We all had a fantastic time, meeting family for a lunch before christmas. There were 16 of us and although we were a large party, the service was spot on, all of the waiting staff were cheerful, very obliging and totally professional. The food was, as always, amazing! We would highly recommend this gem of a venue to anyone.

Popular and very good pub and restaurant. They have done good food for many years and continue to do so.

I had fish fingers in baguette with gherkins, homemade tartar sauce and crisps. A very good lunch.
